1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Color Maze and its website, provided by Puzzle Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age applicable to the service: at least 13, or a higher age required by applicable law. If you are below the age of legal majority, use the services only with your parent or guardian’s permission and supervision. You and your guardian are responsible for complying with these terms and applicable law.

3. Permission to play

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game and website for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. We and our licensors retain ownership of the game, artwork, code, branding, and other content.

You may not distribute unauthorized copies, resell access, exploit vulnerabilities, cheat or falsify reward events, interfere with the services, infringe others’ rights, or reverse engineer the game except where applicable law permits it. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be restricted.

4. Game features and progress

Levels, challenges, styles, languages, and other features may change through updates. Progress and settings in the current version are stored locally. Device replacement, uninstalling, or clearing app data may cause loss of progress. Do not rely on the game as a permanent record or backup service.

5. Virtual items and test rewards

In-game dye, styles, and other virtual items are licensed for use within the game. They are not legal currency and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game unless expressly authorized.

Playing levels, checking in, opening a chest, or watching an ad does not create a right to real cash. No live withdrawal service is currently available. Any future real-reward service will require separate published eligibility, verification, payout and privacy terms before use. Test balances will not automatically convert into real balances.

6. Ads and third-party services

Some versions may offer interstitial or optional rewarded advertising. Ad availability and delivery depend on third-party services. An offered in-game reward depends on successful completion and validation; a failed, interrupted, or unavailable ad may not grant a reward.

Third-party websites, app stores, SDK services, and advertising providers have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or availability. If paid features are offered in a future version, prices and purchase conditions must be disclosed before purchase, and applicable consumer rights and store refund rules apply.

7. Support and responsible use

Use support channels respectfully. Do not submit unlawful content, other people’s private information without permission, or fraudulent requests. When reporting a problem, provide accurate information and avoid sending sensitive credentials.

8. Changes and termination

You may stop using the services at any time by uninstalling the app or leaving the website. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. We may update or discontinue features and will provide notice where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property and accrued legal rights, remain effective.

9. Availability and liability

We aim to provide an enjoyable game but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from use of the services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or other mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

10. Disputes and updates

If a problem arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Applicable mandatory laws and your rights to use competent courts or consumer complaint processes remain available. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive those rights.

We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
