Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzle Studio (the developer of Color Maze, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Color Maze app, this website, or contact support. Contact: games.lhl01@gmail.com.
Data collection depends on the platform, app version, enabled services, and your device settings. The current project enables Singular on supported mobile platforms. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Messaging, and LevelPlay advertising integrations are present but currently disabled in the project configuration. They are described below for versions in which they are enabled. The desktop preview does not initialize these mobile SDKs.
2. Information and purposes
- Game data on your device: progress, completed levels, settings, language choice, challenge results, check-in records, and test wallet records are saved locally to provide game features. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove these records.
- Mobile attribution: when Singular initializes, it may process device and app information, IP address, available advertising or app identifiers, installation and session information, and gameplay events to measure installations, campaign performance, and engagement.
- Support messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and information you include so we can respond and resolve your request.
- Website requests: the hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, request times, and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. These pages do not embed analytics SDKs, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies.
In app versions with additional services enabled, analytics may process gameplay and ad events; crash reporting may process stack traces, diagnostic information and installation identifiers; notifications may process push tokens; and advertising may process device information, IP address, available advertising identifiers, ad interactions, impression revenue, and installation or reward-correlation IDs. We do not request access to your contacts, microphone, photos, or precise GPS location for the game features described here.
3. Service providers
The services below may process information under their own policies when enabled. Installing an SDK or adapter alone does not mean that every service is active.
| Provider | Purpose and current configuration | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|
| Singular | Mobile attribution, events and advertising revenue measurement; enabled on supported mobile platforms. | Singular Privacy Policy |
| Google Firebase | Analytics, crash diagnostics and push messaging; currently disabled in project configuration. Firebase Hosting also serves this website when deployed there. | Firebase Privacy and Security |
| Unity LevelPlay and advertising partners | Rewarded and interstitial ads and ad measurement; LevelPlay is currently disabled in project configuration. | Unity Game Player Privacy Policy |
The project includes mediation adapters for Unity Ads, Google AdMob, AppLovin, InMobi, Mintegral, Moloco, Pangle, and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). If advertising is enabled, the networks serving ads may process advertising data under their own policies. Unity’s policy links to its advertising partners. We will update this notice when enabled services or processing practices materially change.
5. Your choices and rights
You can change language and game settings in the app, manage notification permissions in device settings, and use operating-system controls for advertising identifiers and tracking. Restricting an advertising identifier does not stop all technical or attribution data collection. Where consent is required for a processing activity, that activity must be subject to the applicable consent requirements; simply using the app does not replace required consent.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing, including applicable advertising opt-outs. Email games.lhl01@gmail.com with your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify it. You may also contact your local privacy regulator. Local game data can be removed through device app-data controls; this does not automatically delete data already held by service providers.
6. Retention and security
Local records remain on your device until removed or overwritten. Support records and any operational records under our control are retained only as reasonably needed for their stated purposes, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. SDK providers apply their own retention rules, which vary by service and configuration.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not email passwords, identity documents, or financial credentials.
7. Children
Color Maze is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
8. Test rewards and future services
The current wallet is a local test feature. Test balances cannot be withdrawn, and no live payment or withdrawal service is connected. If a future version introduces accounts, real rewards, or payments, we will explain any additional collection, recipients, and applicable terms before those features are used.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as features or practices change. The updated date will appear on this page, and material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
